No. Product pricing is for the kit from our U.S. warehouse. Delivery is charged separately by destination and access. Installation, foundations, permits and any additional electrical work are separate.

The 10 x 20, 10 x 22 and 10 x 24 ft kits use two connected bays: 10 + 10, 10 + 12 and 12 + 12 ft. Check the layout drawing for post positions, clear dimensions and the connection before planning furniture or foundations.

A one-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, with free replacement parts for covered issues. The 30-day return policy has conditions; buyer-remorse return freight is paid by the customer, and installed, non-defective products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
