Working together

From the first site visit to handover.

For outdoor living contractors, landscape teams and pergola installers who want a defined product scope for their customer quotes.

  1. 01

    Shortlist the kit

Choose a single bay for a compact space or a connected double bay for a longer layout. Request the drawing to check post positions, clear dimensions and foundations before committing to the installation price.

  2. 02

    Confirm supply and delivery

Share your company, service area, selected size and expected volume for contractor pricing review. Confirm stock and destination freight before setting a customer installation date.

  3. 03

    Agree the site-work scope

Your proposal should identify foundations, anchoring, permits, unloading, assembly and any additional electrical work. Solar roof operation does not remove the need to assess the site.

  4. 04

    Keep after-sales straightforward

Save the order reference and component details at handover. For a fault or missing item, send photographs and a description to support so the correct part and warranty eligibility can be reviewed.

What you can explain to customers

Solar is standard. Site work is specific.

Every kit includes the motor, solar panel, controller and remote. LED lighting and sensors are not standard. That gives you a clear product starting point while you price installation around the real conditions on site.

Next step

Tell us where you work.

Include your ZIP code, service area, business type and expected kit volume. Contractor terms and any training or sample arrangements are confirmed during the discussion.
